For the first time since the inception of the CSOS, unveiled its Service Charter on 17 September 2021. The Service Charter illustrates CSOS’s commitment to improve turn-around-times leading to speedy resolutions of disputes. The CSOS receives thousands of disputes every year and has put measures in place which it will be announcing to clear the backlog that had accumulated.
