CSOS’s Siboniso Mnikathi is a star!
We are still in the process of a CSOS application and I really want to compliment this forum. I have dealt with SIBONISO MNIKATHI in KZN and I cannot compliment him enough. This morning he even took my whatsapp call, even if it was after hours, to assist me with a question. Thank you so much CSOS. I really want to compliment good service when I experience it. Overall, response time is excellent from everyone, the call centre is good, seriously, and regardless of whether an outcome matches our expectation, we do need to compliment when people do their work well! Thanks once more.

I would like to thank the CSOS team particularly Nomsa for the Call Centre and Kirshnee the Case Management Officer. I called on Monday and my call was taken by Nomsa who was very calm and helpful. She sent me the forms to complete which I submitted yesterday and within an hour my query was resolved by Kirshnee.
I would like to extend my gratitude and wish that more institutions would deal with issues expeditiously as your team.

Since 15 June I occasionally contact CSOS regarding Magna Towers Jeffreys bay.
This was in connection with the fact that our rules and even our building had not been registered as luck would have it I was extremely lucky to have the great pleasure of being attended to by Nomsa.
This lady researched and replied with astounding precision to every question I raised. She is knowledgeable beyond belief. There was not one question she could not answer. and there were many.
Nomsa never once became irritable or short tempered with me. On the contrary she was always courteous and friendly even when my own frustration was apparent. She is truly a talent to be treasured and nurtured and to be held up as an example to her colleagues and managers someone to be protected and cherished and guided towards the highest position possible.
It is therefore my wish that this letter of humble appreciation and praise be brought to the attention of high authority in your organization so that she can receive the reward she so richly deserves. South Africa cannot under any circumstances lose or overlook star material like her.
Please send her my best wishes and affection. Thank her on my behalf for a job done to perfection and I hope she is justly rewarded for her rare gift of patience and empathy.
As my tell number does not change, she must keep me posted of her climb up the corporate ladder!!!

I’d like to express my heartfelt appreciation about the way Rhulani helped me. I did not wait long in the queue and when he answered he was polite and just turned out to be the most helpful person ever in the history of government Call Centres. In less than 5 minutes I had gotten the most sound advice anyone has given me during my stay at my community scheme.
He was downright professional and displayed that willingness and right attitude to assist that people in Call Centers do not possess. People in Call Centres just say ‘’jaaa jaaa jaaaa,” because they want you to just finish what you’re saying without empathizing with you. Rhulani was the complete opposite of what I’d imagined Call Centre staff to be.
I reiterate that you are very lucky to have him on board and I believe that what he is giving clients is a reflection that his leader is running a tight ship!
